Each year, all educational support and administrative units are asked to report on the assessment of their operations. Units are not expected to assess every goal or outcome every year, but they should choose a manageable number of outcomes to assess in any given year. If a unit has already completed a periodic comprehensive review, their assessment report should focus on the goals from the implementation plan generated from the last periodic comprehensive review. The reporting cycles for academic programs run from July 1 to June 30 each year, but programs have until October 1 to make changes to reports in Xitracs.
