For assessment reporting at Appalachian, educational support and administrative units use the Programs module in Xitracs for reporting on the specific outcome(s) the unit has measured during the fiscal year. Instructions for using the Xitracs Portal for assessment reporting are available.
Assessment cycles for educational support and administrative units coincide with the fiscal year of July 1 to June 30. Assessment reports should be completed as soon as possible during or after any cycle to help with planning and decision making. Reports are due October 1 following the end of the assessment cycle.
