For annual continuous improvement reporting at Appalachian, academic programs use the Programs module in Xitracs for reporting on the specific outcome(s) the program has measured during the academic year. Instructions for using the Xitracs Portal for continuous improvement reporting are available here (PDF).
Assessment cycles for academic programs are from August 1 to July 31. Continuous improvement reports should be completed as soon as possible during or after any cycle to help with planning and decision making. Reports are due in Xitracs on October 1 following the end of the assessment cycle.
