How many examples do I need?

In the assessment process, examples should include documentation of change or improvement for each assessed outcome. While there is no set rule for the number of examples or documents that a unit should attach to continuous improvement reports, at the very least units may want to include before/after information to represent improvement efforts. The goal here is to allow any potential outside reviewer of a unit’s continuous improvement report to get a basic understanding of how unit staff have determined improvements were made.
