Xitracs is an accreditation and compliance management software solution used by Appalachian to prepare accreditation reports. Xitracs includes modules for storing and updating information about faculty credentials for accreditation reports, and can be used for regional accreditation (i.e. Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC)) or disciplinary accreditation processes (such as NCATE or AACSB). Xitracs is also used as a repository for assessment data at Appalachian.
